Sealit Multipurpose - Multipurpose concrete Sealer

SealIt Multipurpose dries to a clear low sheen finish and remains flexible to accommodate minor movement in the substrate.

SealIt can be over painted with any acrylic paint.

Due to exceptional adhesion SealIt is well suited as a primer for acrylic architectural topcoats, elastomerics and roofing paints.

As SealIt is a very soft sealer it is not suitable for use on horizontal surfaces that are subject to traffic (e.g. paths, pavers, floors etc) unless they are to be covered with tiles, carpet, or harder coatings.

 

With difficult to wet out surfaces, hot surfaces, or in very hot and windy conditions, the application of a very fine mist spray of water over the surface may help absorption prior to application of the primer coat.

The surface should be just damp, not wet.

Place drop sheets down on floor surfaces to ensure no run-off or drips occur when applying SealIt Multipurpose to walls.

 

SealIt Multipurpose is not designed as a final coating for horizontal / trafficable areas and should be covered or over-coated.

Allow at least 24 hours (at 24°C) to dry before applying screeds, tiles or any other coatings or coverings.
