Shalex SealIt Multipurpose is a water based general purpose clear waterproofing compound designed for use on a wide variety of substrates.
SealIt Multipurpose is especially suited to sealing and protecting porous vertical masonry surfaces such as split faced or decorative concrete blocks.
It is also particularly effective against wind driven rain and unlike ‘water repellent’ style sealers, can withstand hydrostatic pressures caused by significant weather events.
and is UV stable, provides long term protection, for example 10 years or more.
